This is a question we get asked a lot, and it's understandable! You've found the perfect costume and you want to make sure you have it in time for your event. So when will your costume arrive?

The answer depends on a few factors. First, we need to know where you're located. We ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, so if you're on the west coast, your costume will likely arrive quicker than if you're on the east coast.

Second, we need to know what shipping method you selected. We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days), expedited shipping (2-3 business days), and express shipping (1-2 business days). Obviously, the faster shipping methods will get your costume to you sooner.
